The programme consists of easy listening music and conversation covering all aspects of the performing arts.

Each week, I'm joined by a celebrity guest to talk about their career and current projects.

September means that the autumn seasons are now underway across the local theatres featured in the programme. There is an impressive list of musicals, dramas and in-house productions between now and Christmas when pantomime takes over for the festive season.

I’ve seen a number of shows in London’s West End during August including The Harder They Come, Never Forget, Under the Blue Sky and Phantom of the Opera.

In fact I was given the chance to watch Phantom of the Opera from the wings of Her Majesty’s Theatre which was a fascinating evening. You really would not believe how much work goes on behind the scenes that we never see. The backstage team were amazing and special thanks to Richard Kingcott who looked after me for the evening whilst also “calling the show”.
